These linoleum blocks are soft and easy to carve, making them great for beginners or DIY printmaking projects. The size is perfect for smaller designs, and they hold detail well. However, they can wear down quickly with extensive use, but overall, they offer good value for the price.

I'm a teacher, and it's hard to find good quality materials in bulk amounts for an affordable cost. These are fantastic, I was able to cut them down easily to get at least 4 per sheet for my class. Being new to linocutting, it was going to be difficult to begi. With, but these are super easy to cut while still retaining their durability and stability. I have found my go to material for linocutting for my students!

Love these little blocks. They're made from some sort of soft yet durable rubber and they carve easily. I'm planning to use these to do some block printing on some tea towels, but you can use them for a variety of crafts or stamps. Good value too!

This 4-piece set of 4”x6” rubber linocut blocks hails from Bobblebro. Key features advertised include their soft rubber composition designed for easy carving for both beginners and pros, suitability for various design transfer methods and compatibility with different types of printmaking inks.Upon receiving these Bobblebro linocut blocks, the first thing I noticed was that they're the thinnest carving blocks I've personally used. This initially made me a bit skeptical about how they would perform under carving tools. However, despite their slim profile, they have proven to be surprisingly effective. The soft rubber material is easy to work with, allowing for effortless carving, which would be particularly good for detailed work or for those new to linocutting. The surface accepts design transfers readily, whether drawing directly or using transfer paper (I'm going to try using my tattooing transfer sheets next).I've found that these blocks perform well with both water-soluble and oil-based inks, yielding clear and consistent prints. The material, while soft, manages to hold fine details adequately during the carving process. The pack of four 4”x6” blocks offers good value, especially for multiple projects or for those experimenting with different techniques. My initial concerns about their thinness have been alleviated by their performance. Time will tell how many prints they take. All in all, I'm pleasantly surprised and genuinely pleased with these linoleum blocks; they're easy to work with and deliver good results despite their notably thin construction. If these blocks don't continue to make a good impression (see what I did there?), the review will be updated.

These blocks are awesome! I usually use blocks by Junesix (mostly because they're cheap), which are a white rubber, as opposed to these. The Junesix blocks are a bit heavier as well as a bit thicker. These are so much easier to cut, and I feel like the end results look better. I actually found it more satisfying to carve into these than what I had used before. These retain ink a lot better than my Junesix blocks, so if you're using an ink pad or dye that could be beneficial. I haven't used these with fabric ink yet, but that's in my pipeline of things to do this week.

These Falling in Art printmaking rubber blocks are heavy, dense and cut clean! They're not really linoleum blocks (ususally made from linseed oil, wood flour and a fiber backing) but some kind of very soft rubber-like material. These are very pliable and easy to cut, making them a great choice for smaller prints and/or beginners.

These blocks work great for stamp and print making. They are easy to carve and cut up. They are firm enough to get excellent printing, yet soft eough to carve up. My daughter loves these fopr making stamps, and they keep her busy for hours.

These rubber blocks carve like butter. They are much easier to carve than linoleum. They are thick enough that you could carve a design on each side of each block, if you don't gouge too deeply. Over time, linoleum blocks become brittle. These blocks will not have the same problem. I am looking forward to using these.
