Ordered 1. It arrived with the tips broken, black spots, and box was soaked from leaked aloe. Within 7 days, most of the leaves are black and dying. Ordered a replacement. That arrived with large black spots, lots of breakage, leaves bent, some broken, and a couple falling off. They are packaged very nicely, so it seems the plants are shipped in poor condition.

I was very skeptical of ordering plants from Amazon but the plant I received is very nice. I ordered the 4" Alo and the plant I received is large and very healthy. The packaging was very good with stiff air filled packing taller than the plant. There were a couple broken tips but nothing that would hurt the plant and may have been from packing since there were tips from other plants. The plant needed to be repotted right away as the plant was way too big for the 4" pot which would not even support the plant.

a week after we got it placed in sunlight not direct the plant look as if it on it's last leg black spots shriveling up and will not last long before trying an other! just do not know why!

I received my plant today and it was so well packagedI took it out and it even had a warning pad on the bottom hard to believe they spent so much time making sure the plant traveled so wellThis is a healthy beautiful plant and cost less than at our plant nurseryI will plant it in a larger planter once it warms upHighly recommend and will be buying more plants from this company
