I was under the impression I was getting a Matt in this set, and that is not the case. Had I known, I would NOT have purchased this.

This set works well for my yoga practice. I use the small ball in place of a block on many of the yogi poses and I have no issue with only one block in my practice. The two different sized bands make it great for most of my exercises. This is a great mix and overall value; excellent quality and versatility

I am a first timer and I bought three, one for myself and one for each of my two teenagers. We got this just to get started to see if we would even keep up with a yoga routine. We liked the product and it definitely helped us to keep going back to yoga. After a while we eventually upgraded to other products with more resistance - this package is great to pair with yoga videos.

the ball that comes in this set is smaller than a basketball. You are definitely overpaying if you get this set. Definitely not worth it overall.

The ball is too small and the block is too light. I have not tried the bands yet.

Everything is super low quality, the resistance bands provide 0 resistance, the ball is smaller than a bowling ball, and everything smells like literally throw up. God just don't buy this
