Not the thickest pans out there, but they fit my OG701 Ninja Woodfire Grill. It is difficult to find a 9 x 13 pan that fits because the corners are not rounded enough to match the shape of the Ninja, so I tried an 8 x 12 pan. Because of that pan's square corners, it also did not fit. Even though this pan is slightly smaller, it it still sufficient for the "Texas crutch" portion of a pork shoulder or brisket cook. I no longer have to wrap the meat in foil, as I am now able to cover the pan instead. I received 2 non-stick pans (non-stick inside and out) that were packaged well and arrived dent free. Would purchase again if ever the need arises.

I didn’t open the box right away because it was a gift. The corner of the box was damaged but I didn’t think much about it. Once the box was opened I saw both of the pans were considerably dented in two corners. I’ll never not open and delivery and examine it right away again!

These pans are a little smaller than the baking pans I have to make cakes and lasagna, 9 x 11 I think they are, but that actually turns out for the best. I like making lasagna in these pans better than the larger ones I have, and for some reason it turns out better. The pans are heavy duty and sturdy. Easy to clean. They are good little pans!

All my baking pans are glass; and since I recently read in an Epicurious article that metal pans give more even cooking I thought I'd try them out.First, as you may notice, these pans are an odd size for those of us in the US. The volume is less than our standard 8"x8" or 7"x11" - and definitely less than a 9'x11' pan. That means that if you're baking a batter (brownies, cake, cornbread, etc.) they will not be as thick as in on of the previous sizes. I wondered if that might mean that I'd have to adjust my time, so I began by baking some cornbread in it (which I usually bake in my 8x8 Pyrex pan). It came out fine with no adjustments and baked evenly throughout the entire pan.At the same time I tried out the "non-stick" surface by spraying one half the pan with Pam, leaving the other half uncoated. The results? Not not-stick. However, the Pam surface worked really well; better than my results using my Pyrex pans. But, to be fair, these are labeled "lasagna pans", and for that they'd be perfect. More than perfect, in fact, since I use Barilla oven-ready lasagna noodles that need no boiling. Just place them in the lasagna straight from the package. Those noodles, it turns out, are EXACTLY the width of the pan; so perfect.Of course, it would be the same if you're making enchiladas. And, since the product includes two pans, you can use just one for a single person or couple, or easily fit two in your oven for guests.Even though they are not as "non-stick" as labeled, I think that's really not important. The bottom line is that you'll be happy with these pans as long as you keep their characteristics in mind-including the advantage of metal pans.
