Loctite Super Glue Brush On – Brush glue for a clean and safe application

To use the glue, unscrew the cap and apply a small amount of adhesive with the brush onto the surface which should be clean and dry. Firmly press down for a few seconds and the glue should be dry. When you finish using it, be sure to close the cap tightly. It is also recommended to keep the bottle upright and in a cool place. The brush should be used on clean surfaces to prevent dust particles from sticking to it.

Pros: Extremely handy, the brush is easy to apply with and the neck is thick enough that clogging is never an issue. The functionality is well designed and working with it is a delight. Until...Cons: The bottle shape leads to ridiculous amounts of waste... more than half is functionally unavailable. The bottle is wide at the bottom and tapers towards the top. Meanwhile the brush when screwed shut only reaches to about halfway down. This means that once the level of glue reaches that half way point, it can only be reached by tilting the bottle to make the glue flow to where the brush is. And it flows like molasses. Sure, it's "possible" to use it, it just takes an exceedingly, maddeningly long time.So, on balance, I've rated in the middle. It's a great time, until it isn't.

hello,loctite has always had great products. we all use some kind of super glue for emergencies and hold together products. this product has a brush built in. at first we thought it was similar to other products with a brush. one usage and the remaining brush starts to harden. by the time the next usage is needed, the brush was hard and useless.the many time we have used the small amount of product on the brush end allowed us to get exactly where it needed to hole different things together. then when that project was finished, it allowed us to put the brush back in the sealed bottle for the "next time" usage.there have been many next time usage moments and each time, the brush is handy, soft to apply the liquid and not a hardened brush mess as other products have done.it is one of the best super glue products and if one is not careful, it still has the super glue side effects of sticking to everything, including your fingertips. so, use the brush carefully.

I bought this product after reading wonderful reviews. I was waiting impatiently to fix my broken spectacle arm.First off, I had to pay custom duty on the product since it is shipped from the UK and hence out of the EU (I did not expect this from Amazon). However, I was willing to overlook this since it probably wasn't the seller's fault.When the product arrived and I opened it up, to my shock, it was a semi-solid gluey substance rather than the liquid super glue that it has been marketed as. Completely useless. I can probably stick paper with it but a regular cheap UHU stick would have worked just as well, if not better. Can't imagine having metal or wood objects being fixed using this. Absolute waste of money!
