We have quite a few uni's, we like these alot. Very sturdy and well built. There are others that are great, but more than twice the price. Even the lower priced ones by QU-AX are not as well built.

I bought the Chrome model, yet things only went downhill from that point on forward.I order it on the 26th of April. It arrived on the 19th of May. With all the pandemic going on and so on, the time it took to arrive really isn't something I can complain. So, yeah, I still was pretty dam excited for it. Yet, after putting everything together, I noticed three out of the four screws that attach the seat to the seat post were broken, completely useless.I contacted the seller on the 21st. They acknowledged the problem and asked me for patience so that they could handle the problem with the distributor. After a whole week without hearing back from them, I emailed them again. Just then, they suggested returning the full item and volunteered to pay for the shipment costs.I got the task of going around seeing which shipment company was cheaper... When I presented the 3 options of shipment and costs I came across, they said they would send me a retoure label. It never arrived. After multiple emails without any answer, I decided to file for a A to Z claim.Only then, did I hear from them again. They finally decided to go on with one of the 3 options I had presented. I paid for the shipment and they refunded me. I sent it on the 4th of June and it arrived on the 23rd.At the time, they again asked me for patience. They would get in touch with their distributor and get the problem fixed. After 4 weeks, on the 23rd of July, I emailed them just to know where we stood with this matter and if there was any news. And then? They didn't say anything at all, just refunded me the full amount of the item. Just like that. I insisted if they could try and fix it or at least send me a new one, but no...They suggested I bought I new one on amazon. By this time, the unicycle I bought for 109€, was now 140€.All in all, there is no money in the world that I would be willing to pay to go through this ever again. Three months of stressful email exchanges and all for nothing.Take note, I am a frontline Covid-19 doctor and this was probably a more traumatic experience.Ps: The QU-AX Luxury Unicycle seemed to be top quality and worth the 100€, but this seller is not the way to go. Trust me.
