It really cleans well the extensions make it easy to attach and stand up to use. Downside. If you are cleaning a flat surface there is no place for the dirt to go. Unlike a water broom you can push the dirt away.

Yes its an attachment for the pressure washer. Was their pressure? Was the surface cleaned? No. What they don't tell you is how diminished the power will be if you use it with an average pressure washer. Apparently they aonly work well with very expensive gas-driven high priced pressure washers, not the ones that the average household might purchase. I sent it back. And I would give it less than one star but that wasn't an option.

I was a little wary of how effective this would be and assumed it wouldn't clean as well as the lance. On a large heavily greened and algae slippery Indian sandstone patio I cleaned half a paving with the lance and the other half with the surface cleaner and I couldn't see any difference between the two halves. The wheels glide smoothly and the fibre skirt keeps spray to a minimum. Unlike the lance the dirt could not be directed away and after cleaning it required hosing and brushing off but given that the patio usually takes over 3 hours to clean with the lance and this did it in just over 1 hour I'll take that inconvenience all day long. I had to buy an M22 adaptor (£9) but no ptfe tape required and no leaks anywhere. It looks robustly made and I like the fact it is steel and not plastic. Not cheap but it actually does what it claims to do which is as rare as hobby horse sh*t and saving 2 hours of tedious lancing is definitely worth it.

I have a huge patio that would take me days to pressure wash - so I avoid it til it must be done. I was able to pressure wash the patio in ONE day easily with this product and it had years of buildup, moss, and mold. The wheels make it so much easier to push around on the concrete, brick, and stone. I also liked not having to hold up the wand for hours - I simply moved the surface cleaner in a mopping motion and the extenders made it a great height so no hunching over while working. I will pressure wash more often since it was so easy to use the surface cleaner. Also the amount of dirt particles flying up and on me was zero - not so with the just using a wand. Since this unit is made of metal it seems like it will hold up well. Any time have a product that cuts your work in half or more, both in time and labor, it is a keeper!

This surface cleaner performs very well. The build quality is excellent. I just finished my concrete two car driveway, a concrete sidewalk that included a front patio, and finished up by cleaning the public sidewalk in front of my property.According to the experts you should allow 1gpm for every 4 inches of a surface cleaners width. Evidently thats not written in concrete😁 My Generac power washer is rated at 3100psi and delivers 2.3gpm. I didn't have any issues.Something that can be a challenge with this units four wheels as opposed to a three wheel configuration is cleaning edges without dropping its deck over the edge. However the stiff skirt bristles keep it from bottoming out and its small size makes it very manageable.I would like to point out a major mistake in their advertisement and labeling of this product. Evidently someone translating from the Chinese specifications to the English specifications missed. It is not a 14" surface cleaner. As you can clearly see in my second photo it is in reality a 12" surface cleaner🤔
