AT first, this product IMAGE and the Specification does not line up. I had to assume the image used is stock and not the exact pin key combination. In the end I got disappointed with the wrong compatibility.IT is NOT B-Key/ M-Key compatible which I was looking for and shown in Diagram 2.

Product does exactly what is intended to do. Fits perfect and I was able to replace my drive with a 512GB drive. Super economical solution.

Apparently it has a similar performance to SATA III (vs Apple's stock SATA II speed). It should fit any kind of M.2 SATA SSDs. If you are a macOS user don't forget to enable the TRIM for 3rd party SSDs. Only downside is that closing the case for my 11 inch MBA was much harder because of its rise of height.
