Not recognized by base, then got stuck and nearly broke the base trying to get it out. The plastic that inserts into the tray broke and one part ripped. Bought 2 but am returning them immediately. Disappointed because I wanted to create less waste and with 3 dogs, we go through a lot of the single use ones.

This didn’t work at all. It didn’t fit right and didn’t register with the base unit. When I tried to remove it, the cheap plastic got stuck and broke off. I almost had to replace the base unit.

I've only had to empty it one time, but I already like it. The price a little expensive, but if it works out good and I don't care. I think the plastic piece needs to be a little stiffer

This one came in undamaged and seems to be working fine. Will check operation in 6-12 months to see how it is holding up
