STEP 1
Prepare the cord and lock
STEP 2
Press and hold the button on the lock to open the hole
STEP 3
Feed both ends of the cord through the open hole
STEP 4
Tie a knot in the ends of the cord to secure the lock

Decent toggles to work with. They get the job done. Not the strongest of springs I've used stronger but needed these in a pinch. I used them on a single layer of #10 duck waxed canvas for a backpack I'm working on. The fabric was a bit too thick for these to draw up easily and hold but they'll do. I think they'd be fine on thinner fabric. I gave 4 stars because the bag was short a few toggles. I would recommend this product.
