I ordered two of these of these atuopoles for my home studio. There are supposed to come with 2 rubber feet each (one for each end). One of the poles arrived with a single rubber foot and the other arrived with zero. So I only received 1 of the 4 necessary rubber feet. What a disappointment.

Like a previous reviewer I received the product with a missing top end cap. I reached out to Manfrotto via their support website an chatbot. Both are useless as I have received no response after a week. This is the last Manfrotto product I will ever buy.

I suppose this would have been great had all the pieces showed up. Instead, we had to Jerry-rig one side to stay on the wall. It's 3 pieces and only 2 in the box. Big fail. But that said, with all three pieces in tact, it still would have kind of sucked. It really doesn't do what's purported to do, and almost ruined the shot for our film. Thankfully our very clever key grip got it to work, but it should NOT have than that much effort. We returned it. Pretty disappointing all around.

When it comes to autopoles, I must profess that the Manfrotto 032B lives up to its promise. First off, it looks great and *IS* solid! And the locking arm clearly demonstrates it is ready for serious business. Add two 039 U-Hook Cross Bar Holders, coupled along with the 272B horizontal pole, two 035RL Super Clamps and you're good to go!

Amazing product and love them but arrived missing one rubber foot. I ordered for a shoot and needed the next day so had to pay to overnight ship one from another company so I wouldn’t lose my client.

My third Autopole just arrived! It’s a great product. I use mine to provide vertical support to large antique clocks I restore (over 5 feet tall, 70 lbs, which are meant to hang on wall). I can set the clock upright on the floor using the Autopole to keep the clock from tipping over (pole doesn’t support full 70 lbs). It meets the need perfectly! Like all Manfrotto products, it’s REALLY WELL MADE, great materials and engineering. The Autopole is very fast to set up, using no tools. Simply position bottom in place, lift top tube until it contacts the ceiling, then lift the lever and it’s locked in secure. Rubber cushions 0n top and bottom protect floor and ceiling. A great add!

I now own 4 of these autopoles and they work fantastic.I am currently holding up background brackets to support 3 rolls of 6 foot wide paper and 3 rolls of 10 foot wide paper between the other 2 poles and they work perfectly. They are light weight yet really strong. I purchased the pole levels for all 4 poles to quickly put them in place and they I use a 3 foot level that I place on the paper rolls to adjust the height of the Super Clamps holding the paper bracket assembly. These poles saved me at least 3 feet in depth because they hug the wall rather than using a background stand. I have a home studio so I need all the depth and width I can get for lighting and subject placement.
