The screw on the broom and the stand strips and eventually falls out and won't stay. I've only had it 6 months. Very disappointing since I paid more to have a product that can last longer than others

This is a nice product and a great toy company that I've purchased from several times. It's great looking as well and isn't so obviously a kids toy since it sits out at our house. My kids play with it everyday!

It's solid wood, but it's actually disappointing for the price tag. We originally had the melissa and doug set and thought we would upgrade to this, but it was a bust in my opinion. My daughter barely touches it because it's so boring.

This is a really cute cleaning set, but even for my average-height 20 month old, I had to modify the handle of the broom to make it longer. Not only was the handle so short it was uncomfortable to play with, it was very, very wobbly even when tightened every day. It eventually was so stripped that the broom end just spun around lol. So, I replaced it with a dowel of a comfortable length and all is well. The pretend cleaning spray is super cute, I will say.
