Got about an hour and a half of use before it started skipping spots due to bearing being disintegrated. Not a standard bearing to replace.

This wire stripping machine was a major disappointment. The adjustments are finicky, making it a struggle to get a clean strip without damaging the copper. The blade dulls quickly, and even with the included pliers and gloves, the process is more hassle than it’s worth. The aluminum frame feels flimsy, and the whole thing requires too much effort for what should be a simple task. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a better-quality stripper.

Works how it should. I like that we can connect drill to make it super fast. You don’t want to do it by hand if you have lots of wire it will take too long

If you're a scrapping that works a lot with wires and cables, this is a really great tool to have. What I ended up doing was mounting this to my coffee table (it's a junk table in use for working!) So I could sit and strip wire while watching television. This has been especially useful for stripping coaxial cable. It doesn't cut super well through the second layer, but it cuts through the first and at least loosens the tough insulation layer and really saves time. With the time I've saved, it's already paid for itself. Great tool.

I use this for scraping copper. Works very well. Im, probably gonna try to hook a motor up to it. For the price I'm very happy

This Machine makes it easy to strip large amounts of copper wiring and saves you time and money. Simply insert the wire and crank down until you have the blade set firmly in the wire jacket and tighten the hex wrench bolts; start cranking and it will strip the jacket off the wire, clean and easy. This machine come with all the tools you need. If your hands become tired from operating it manually, you can use a drill to operate it. I'm really happy with this tool.

Very impressive for the price! I have another wire stripper that is mostly plastic, and it was right around the same cost as this one. This unit is way nicer. Adjustment is easy, comes with everything necessary for set up and adjustment (no mounting screws). I have only used it with a cordless drill, and it works very well. Takes the outer insulation off Romex too! Won't take long to pay for itself.
