This is a very nice decorative door lock and appears to be well made. It comes with clear instructions for installation and a template for the door. I was hoping to use it to retrofit a cheap handle on my pocket door and it won't fit the existing hole in the door for the lock-set. Be sure to measure and check first that it will fit an existing door.

I have three pocket doors and none of them lock which is so frustrating. So I had been looking for a better pocket door lock that I can use for the replacement. These ones did the trick. The installation was not tricky but it does take some time to align everything properly. The lock clicks smoothly, and the handle feels sturdy, no jiggling. If you’re handy, you’ll have no issues with the installation. Finally I can lock one of the bathroom doors and I plan to order two more to replace the other two pocket doors.I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to try to replace their pocket door.

Not your typical pocket door hardware!These are nice with a big knob to lock. Need to have knowledge of installing door handles to install.

Nice solid metal door handle locking mechanism for a pocket door. We’re custom building our door from solid pine and wanted something more “substantial” and this fit the bill. The lock turns solidly, so it’s not going to be flopping around; you have to turn it firmly to get it to lock. I found out (the hard way) that the finish can be scratched with metal… I was tinkering with the lock and accidentally made a scratch on it :0( OTHER than that, this lock will works well.

We used this on a closet door that’s next to a bathroom door. The handles on the 2 doors used to get jammed into one another, and even stuck on each other. We had so many pinched fingers from it! The pocket door style handle was the perfect solution to the problem. This particular handle is heavy weight, very well made and super easy to install. Five resounding stars!

I ordered this pocket door hardware to replace the non privacy hardware on our half bathroom in our summer home. I was hesitant to install this myself, due to the precise cutouts required to install the latch and locking mechanism. So I called in a handyman who assisted in installing this for me. The product works as expected so far.

I really like this door handle and how it looks in my pocket door! It is fairly easy to install, and it's really nice that it's cuttable to fit several different door widths! The lock isn't the easiest to turn, but it's also not unreasonably difficult, so it doesn't bother me. It looks and feels high-quality, so I think it will last for quite some time.

I use this for a pocket door that I own in my restroom and some other rooms in my home. The color of this handle looks and feels great against my muted tone earthy door panel. The locking mechanism is built quite well and works great.
