This comes with 4 scrub pad holders and 8 scrub pads. Since it said it was for commercial use, I thought perhaps it would scrub very hard. I will say it does scrub better than many other things I have used, but my flooring has ridges, so it might take a couple of times to get it thoroughly clean, but like I said it did clean it better than other things I have tried. Also, I think the scrub pads can be used for many times, so 8 should last quite a while. They do swivel in all directions, so it might take some practice for it to go exactly where I want it to go. It did state it, but just a reminder that it does not come with a handle. You just need to use one from a broom or something that you can screw onto the scrub pad holders.It is a little expensive, but since it will last a long time and does work better, I would recommend it to those that scrub a lot of tough jobs.
