Just didn’t work for my son’s size. Requires certain cushions behind child in rear facing regardless of weight and then there was little room for crotch buckle which ended us digging into his thighs. I’ve seen similar complaints. We did end up returning.

The 360 design makes getting in and out seamless. I love the magnetic chest clip and the padding that is attached to the belt itself. Material is top notch (and chemical free yay!). My son seems wayyyy more comfortable in it and makes for a seamless road trip.

My son loves this car seat. Very easy to get in and out of. Has a swivel so it’s easy to move him around if we need to reach him to help with something while in the vehicle. Very soft and made very well. Would highly recommend for traveling parents. He always falls asleep in this car seat very easily.

We have babysat our grandkids since they were newborns, meaning a million trips back and forth to preschool and home and out and about. We had random carseats with the first group and never knew if they were safe and they were always a pain to put the kids in and out.Everything changed with getting this carseat for our new grandchild. Right off the bat they had me at install it once and it will be usable until they no longer need a carseat. We, of course, are older and the rotating seat to be able to lift our sweet baby in and out is soooo nice for our backs and the well being of the baby. Once you find the squeeze lever it is very easy to turn it, and is especially nice when the baby is still in the rear-facing position. The tilt indicator is similar to other chairs we've used.I was amazed at all the various cushion and padding pieces for whatever size and stage your child is at. Your child will always be properly padded and protected, and will sit comfortably. The height adjustment is very easy to adjust.The fabric is soft and the cushions are nice quality. All the straps and buckles are logical and work well once you have used them a couple times (or read the directions once!).We are really happy with this carseat and feel it's a great investment for our grandbabys safety!

This product is great, except my boy's head is sweating when he wakes up from sleeping in the car seat. The one I got was on sale (33 percent off I think), and I'm pretty sure I know why (shame on this company and or seller if they just rebranded this as new - thanks for the sale though). Turning the seat, is EXTREMELY hard. It makes a loud click when it unlocks to turn, which I don't think is normal. The only way to rotate this seat, is to use my shoulder or two hands. My wife cannot turn this thing without extreme effort one handed. The release button could have been better suited for release if it had more grip or something more to grab onto. Pinching power should not be required to release the locking mechanism/ To be fair, I don't have any fear my boy would be spiraling out of control (spinning) for unknown reasons when sitting in this chair.The belt tightening system is lacking. If the belt isn't prone or done in n a specific way. Good luck trying to get more belt to be released. The trick I had to use, was to lock the magnet belt, grip that part, then pull down while pressing the release tab. No where in the instructions did it say the belt release is like this.That being said, the seat is very secure and doesn't wobble. Installation was cake. Seat is pretty heavy. My boy seems very comfortable with this seat as he's always falling asleep in it.I may have just gotten a lemon. As I don't see anyone else complaining about what I'm writing about.
