It came quickly and was just what I needed.

UPDATE: I took a star off because I forgot to mention they DID NOT FIT with my stock Mini r53 wheels! The tires dig hard into the coilovers. I have the 2 piece optional wheels but I think they are all the same offset. I had to get wheel spacers which left me without a car for multiple additional days!!UPDATE 2: I added a star back as after finessing the settings and ride height its somewhat useable but still a heavy and painful compromise.UPDATE 3: I've been in contact with the company and have to say they have excellent customer service. I'm working with them to get slightly modified bases and slightly softer (and hopefully more consistent) springs. They said I should get them in a few weeks, will update this when I do but good on them for being courteous and open to feedback and even more so to go the extra mile and send revised pieces. Adding one more star back.Contacting the company and will update but currently disappointed and I wasnt expecting much. My shocks and subsequently shock tower mounts were totally wrecked from 150k miles of hard driving and I needed a quick cheap replacement. This full suspension was cheaper than just the OEM shock tower mounts but the price you pay is that nothing fits, everything is just a little off and no amount of tightening the pinch bolt at the wheel housing would hold the shock in place, the base is just too thin diameter for this car making it potentially dangerous. I kept trying till the bolt itself broke doing just 1/4 turns at a time the shock was always loose. Where the sway bar end links bolt its just a little too high also creating too much tension. They say dont change the preload but mine were set differently for each spring and at different heights on each one... it was a mess. The people who say the ride is "not bad" I really dont know what they are comparing it to, its useless unless you go full low and full hard on a drift car so 95% of motorsports you'll be disappointed. Even to that end if you want to go really low these are not your coilovers. The spring rate is too high for the shocks and for tiny imperfections in the road they are ok but anything else and the compression/rebound reaction is anything but predictable/controllable. In short they are toys, fun if you want to mess with your suspension and the novelty of coilovers but for any serious driving I'd look elsewhere. Really I'd suggest a used set of reputable high quality coilovers if you're looking for a bargain and you're serious about driving and/or love your car, these will ruin its characteristics.

They need adjusting and possibly cutting where the bolt goes through to keep the coilovers from spinning its too tall and has a gap between the parts, also the brake line holder for the left front rubs on the rim. They feel nice driving on but the spring came very loose and 3 of the 4 coilovers and in the packet it read that they come pre adjusted and to not adjust them. I used these on an 04 mini cooper base model

I was shopping for coilovers for my Mini, and given the ridiculously low price for these, I thought, what the heck, I'll give them a try. Part of me was just really curious to see what kind of junk would show up.When they arrived, well packaged, I opened them up and was a bit shocked. Everything about them screams "how are these so cheap?" The quality of materials seems excellent, the welds are beautiful, even the finish is nice and it made me kind of sad that they'll never really be visible (the car is very low now). The action on the damping adjuster knob is like a fine time piece, and the adjuster nuts for ride height and preload are super smooth. Fitment was perfect on my 2006 Mini Cooper S track rat.The car looks awesome, but more importantly, the performance is unbelievable at this price. These feel like $2000 coilovers to my backside, and I am a performance driving instructor many hundreds of hours of track time. I've driven every type of vehicle imaginable on the track, from modified hatchbacks to exotics, and there is no way I could tell the difference between these and some MUCH more expensive units. Will they hold up over time? I have no idea, but there is absolutely nothing about the build quality that would lead me to expect otherwise.Every now and then you stumble on something that seems to good to be true, and so far, this is one of those times. If you are considering coil-overs, even for track use, these are an amazing value. Take all the money you save and invest in some other go-fast goodies, so the rest of the car can keep up with the suspension.
