A #1 is a very small diameter. A #2 was ideal to put on my large fingers and not mess up the underneath gauze bandage.

The tube is just right for big toes. It takes a little practice, but goes on easily once you get the hang of it. It keeps a dressing in place without using adhesives.

The tube was much smaller and tighter than I anticipated, BUT the seller has worked with me to get me a larger sized product at no additional cost. If I had to order again I would definitely order larger than I initially did, and I would order from this seller.For others thinking of getting this product, it would be fine for fingers and toes, but that's it unless you need intense compression. I was looking for something for my toddler's wrist and forearm, and as she is a tiny little thing, the description of this product sounded perfect. It was, unfortunately, not what we were looking for. It was much too tight for her to wear all day. Luckily the seller has been wonderful and is making sure I get an appropriately sized product for her to use.

yoo hoo ! all u nurses out there ! this is the tubing u want to order to cut lengths of for protecting the tubing on ur cardiology stethoscope ! then buy a small net hosiery-laundering bag, or a bag for laundering ur good Bra in, and wash your lengths of net tubing in that net bag for protection ! much tidier than the home made stethoscope cover. I bought a box and shared w everyone on the unit ! 😀

I needed this because I was wearing a splint. This was not exactly what I needed. It did not stretch like the stuff from the orthopedic Dr had and was a little thicker too.
