A fantastic addition to my kitchen, I'm thrilled with this deep fryer, the 5.3 qt capacity is perfect for home use, 1700w power ensures quick and efficient frying, the stainless steel adds durability, and easy clean. the view window make monitoring the cooking process a breeze. timer control is a mechanical knob, it's not relying on the electricity, and adjustable from 0-60 minutes. I'm not quite sure whether it can be turn counterclockwise, so I just let it run to finish. I made crispy and delicious French fries, and shrimp. Satisfied.

I bought this fryer back in August, I tried it right away and made some great onion rings. Cleaned it up ad stored it carefully. We, obviously, don't fry food too frequently, but I went to make some fried chicken wings today and it would not heat up. Made sure the electrical outlet was good, checked the GFI, and checked the reset button on the fryer. None of these changed anything! No way to contact seller directly so leaving a review is my only option. I hope someone can do something about this!?

Plastic Temperature control knob is not modified to work against the cooking temperatures, broken upon first use. Safety switches malfunctioned and eventually the fryer quit working after 6 months of usage.

This is way better then cooking in the oven. Food tastes great and I can cook more at home. Sits nicely on my counter top and blends in with the kitchen.It is much safer than deep frying on the stove with a pot of oil. This fryer has changed my life and the food makes me feel better mentally and physically. Good product for the money.
