By far the worst of the Meg and Mog books. The illustrations are terrible and look like someone has tried to copy the original books on MS paint. The story is disjointed and feels out of character from the other stories. This has gone to the very back of the bookshelf!

Another great meg and mog story. Bigger in size than the originals. My 2 year old and 5 year old love it.

Unusual story even as Meg books go but son loves it. For me, this one worked better as my boy (3) already knew true character

At first I thought I must be tored because the story made absolutely no sense at all. Then I took a closer look and realised it really doesn’t and the quality of the illustrations is so low that it is not the real deal. It’s basically like someone has created a random library of images and used a basic computer program to put them together again. One star for effort, but seriously, save yourself the hassle and don’t buy from a cheat. If you have bought from these people, check your version and send it back if you can.

Considering my daughter owns every copy of these lovely books that have ever been written - buying this was less of a gift- buying exercise and more of a mandatory exercise.The story, like all Meg and Mog's is cute and cheeky- and the pictures are fun and colourful.All children should have the experience of these books-it's what childhood is about.

Great stories for children. My son-in-law reads these in different voices and makes the pages come alive forhis daughter.
