really good shirt the large fits me perfectly 5-8 175 as I've been wearing it seems to. Be holding up good like the elbow pads it comes with. That comes with it you can remove or add thicker if needed will be getting different colors sleeves are stiff enough to not come apart the sleeves are longer witch i do like comfortable to perfect weight so if its hot it breathes cold weather you can under armor just enough pockets to carry the small essentials

The sizes of these shirts are way off. A large fits my little 11 year old grandson. The material is great. If you want one order two sizes bigger.

This is pretty good for what it is, and what it is is NOT a stylish, comfortable piece of mall-ninja wear. This is a serious bit of kit for use with a tac-vest. It is robustly constructed, and really rugged, although it IS stiff and a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. More wearing and washing should break it in further and hopefully improve comfort and flexibility as well.
