I ordered this hoping that it would help to hide my embarrassing love handles. I am happy to say that it did!! The first thing I noticed when I took the waist trimmer out of the bag was how well it was made. All of the edges and seams have extra material sewn on to them. I could also see extra stitching on the edges and seams. So, in my opinion, this waist trimmer is made to last and also withstand lots of pulling, tugging, etc. The trimmer is lightweight. If you hold it up you can easily see right through it, and that is a very good thing to me. Because of it's lightweight, it does not make you hot and it did not make me sweat. This waist trimmer stretches A LOT. Because of how much it can be stretched, it is super easy to put on, fasten, and take off. There are 16 hook and loop fasteners on the trimmer. I found that it is easier and less time consuming to fasten the waist trimmer and pull it up over my legs. Once you get the trimmer on and positioned where you want it, it actually stays in that position. I have had no problems with it rolling up from the bottom or rolling down from the top. There are no "steel bones" or anything else in/on the waist trimmer to hold it in place or keep it from rolling, which makes this very comfortable to wear for a short time or a long time. I was worried that it would not be very effective on my love handles because of how much it stretches. No more worries for me because, in my opinion, it is very effective. This is a product that I am happy to recommend.

This product is really not what I was expecting. First of all there is way too many hooks to strap it. It is very time-consuming to put on. The material is also very thin and I was expecting more of a thicker material to get a sweat going. Not that anyone sees it but overall it looks very feminine not very masculine. I would not purchase again.

The whole of it is very lightweight and breathable. The front with all the hooks is not comfortable. If you sit and bend is gets stretched out and stops feeling like any support is given. Don't expect to look like a model either a six pack if you have a belly. Guess it's okay if you have a special occasion and get dressed up want to fell a bit more trim for an hour.

It would be great for walking, running, or working a desk job and in need of back support. I found when trying to work out while wearing it, it's hard to bend, squat, and/or twist with it on. It is adjustable so you can make it as tight or as loose as you need, but feel like you'd want it to be as tight as you can possibly stand to get the best results from it.

The product stretched out of shape after the 1st time I wore it. I wore it for about 8 hours and it kept rolling up on my back.
