Does not really shape anything. Your fat has got to go somewhere and up under pits is a great place to get squished to. LOL.Use this more as an undergarment in colder weather. Not much use otherwise.

Kind of like a Dance belt for the entire body. Holds everything snug and in place and covers the inappropriate or unflattering shapes and lines. I used it to keep warm at an outdoor party. It’s a nice skin tone though it’s probably meant for someone with a little more of a tan than I have. All the edges were well made and none of them had any signs of wear after a few uses. The edges are also soft and don't irritate the skin.

Wanted to look slightly more “held together in a dress shirt. This worked fairly well. It is easy to put on, the straps were pretty comfortable. Mid section felt a little tight so be sure to measure the size correctly. The only problem I had was the crotch. It compressed and held the boys so tight that they almost wouldn’t stay in their very well cared for sack. Had to let everything fall out the sides so they didn’t get lost. Otherwise it’s a great product.

I have gynecomastia and a few extra pounds where I'd rather there wasn't. Never thought to get a full body compression shaper like this before. This is unique because of the open crotch and solves that problem of when nature calls. Not sure I would like it, but it's fine actually. The full body design sort of spreads out the compression are so you looks much more natural and uniform, especially if I'm wearing snugger fitting outfits or active wear. Thumbs up.
