Overall this is a well made pair of MTB/BMX pants that could also be used for any outdoor athletic activity requiring pants. Would recommend. For features there are two normal unzipped pockets, an additional zippered pocket on the right side, and another zippered pocket near the back of the waiste line. For fastening the pants there is first a small velcro patch and then a plastic "belt" like system. It works similar to a slide belt. I have never owned a pair of pants with this setup before built in. You push it in to lock to your desired waist size, and push in the sides of the buckle to release. The advantages are that it gives you an adjustable and very secure fit. I was worried the large plastic part of the belt could lead to some discomfort but so far it hasn't bothered me. The pants are decently stretchy to allow for movement. There are a couple of vented areas, and the ankles have extra elastic for a firm fit.I typically go for medium sized pants (size 32-33 waste), but opted for larger just in case I add a few more pounds in the coming years. They were slightly baggy on me being only 5ft 6in, but still fit well overall. Went for a quick test ride and had no complaints with performance or comfort.Appearance wise there is a slight blue color gradient on these pants, but it is not as pronounced as I would have expected based on the pictures. Depending on the lighting I can hardly tell. Some of the stitching is slightly messy looking in spots in an effort to strengthen seam ends, but not a big deal for me personally. The label states 90% recycled polyster (made from recycled bottles) and 10% Elastane. I briefly tested the water resistance properties of these pants as the outer shell seemed like it would resist water. As a bonus I would consider these pants somewhat water resistant as the outer shell does bead up and shed water decently and would give some protection in light rain. However, the pants would likely soak through after a time.

My son loves mountain biking and these fit great. I did not notice all the "vents" in the pants when I got them. He noticed them right away. Ha! There are vent/holes on the inner thights that are reported to be good for air flow. I didn't expect to have to think about modesty when ordering pants, but just be aware in case that bothers you. Overall, they work great for biking and fit well.

I'm comparing these to my Fox Flexair pants as they both are vented and are somewhat water resistant. These pants are great for the Fall/Spring when you need some protection from puddles but don't want to wear full 3L waterproof pants that get pretty hot and sweaty. These do have vents which help evacuate some of the heat and moisture, but I still got clammy after a climb. To be fair I get the same result with the Fox Flexair pants. These are a little heavier weight than the fox pants, which translates into a bit hotter but also likely a bit more robust and durable. I tore a hold in the inside seam of the Fox pants a few months into their use and had to make a repair to keep using them.I don't like the way the vents are cut though, they rub against my skin and don't feel great in some positions. I can usually find a way to pull on the fabric so it doesn't irritate my skin, but the Fox Pants never felt this way.Overall I think they are decent, however for a no-name brand I think $90 is a bit steep.

The pants arrived, on time, well packaged, and defect free. I ordered these pants for cycling and hiking; activities that require light weight, protection from the elements and accurate fit. The sizing chart is not really intuitive; I normally order a size medium; 33 waist, 30 inch inseam. Looking at the chart, I was conflicted between the large and extra large. In the end, I ordered the extra large, thinking that I might wear padded bike shorts underneath when using the pants for riding. The fit was perfect. Waist, which is adjustable was good, and length was perfect. The construction seems pretty good, with an outer surface that should repel thorns while hiking, an inner light weight liner. There are vent areas strategically located. The legs have elastic stretch materials to maintain positioning around the ankle, and the waist area has a velcro closure, and a ratcheting plastic belt which works well. The stretchy waist keeps the pants up. there is a partial fly opening; not really large enough, so not sure why it is even there. There are two normal slit side pockets; a zippered side pocket on the right hand side, and a zippered rear pocket. The pants seem to be ideal for hiking and biking, or any other sport where ease of movement, but protection from the elements is required.

These mtb pants work really well. The material is nice and feels soft on the inside. I do ride in the southwestern region where there is a lot of rocks, thorns, cactus, and more. During the winter the winds could get a little strong. I was able to fit some DH/Enduro knee pads. 2023 TLD Raid Knee Pads to be exact. The material is pretty resistant so far. I intentionally brushed up against some brush just to see and still really good. There are some openings on the inside of your legs and behind your knees for some ventilation. Bottom is tapered which is great. The buckle is great as you are able to tighten to desired fit and unclip once done.Only concern was the pocket. I placed my phone in there and on the first zip up, the zipper began to fall apart. I was able to fix it but I'm concerned it is going to wear pretty fast and eventually not be repairable.
