While I disprefer "shorts" style underwear (rather than briefs), because they all roll up my legs, these have been surprisingly comfortable. I particularly like the fact that the sheath part is a separate piece of fabric sewn onto the front. I find that this provides nice separation of parts.

Too small on 36" waist (size XL). Pretty interesting visual result with "package" inserted into extension. No pouch for the sensitive parts, squishes them against groin. Not comfortable in the least.
