This is great for any family. I use it all the time. My bone density increased by 8% in one year use. I use it 3times a day. Sometimes more just depends how I’m feeling and what I’m doing. I really don’t have a favorite setting or routine. I just know I feel so good after I’ve used it, and sleep good when I do it before bed.

This vibration plate is great for exercise, awesome at getting the stiffness out of your joints, and if you can like I did, you can also lay on it with a pillow if you’re congested in the chest. This has multiple use for circulation in the body that I am keeping my machine and using it multiple times. The sound is awesome is very clear. The lights are really awesome. The bill quality is awesome and the remote control has to be close to it or I’ll be out of range any farther. But other than that 10 out of 10.

It’s only been a week and I love this.It’s easy to use.It’s fairly quiet but does shake the floor.It’s been nice having this to get back into working out.It’s very low impact so It doesn’t hurt your joint.I love all the speed options It goes from 1-99 and had 3 preset settings for walking (33) jogging (66) and running (99)My only complaint is that it’s not very wide or long, making It hard to do any of the sitting exercises without hitting buttons messing up the settings.So It would be nice to be able to cover the touch screen so that I didn’t shut It off or turn It up for mid work out.Other than that I love It.It’s pretty sturdy.

As a fitness professional, I was curious about the vibration plates after one of my clients asked me about them. I did a ton of research on them before purchasing this one. Vibration plates are very effective at improving bone density and balance, and also reducing back pain. I decided on this one because it has 99 speeds. It is very heavy duty feeling, and easy to use, it is a little loud but I wear my headphones while on it.

I've been using this for a few months now. I wanted to use it a while before giving a review. I have it in my bedroom, the only thing I find weird about it is that when I power it on the TV in the bedroom turns on too.Otherwise, I can really feel it helping my drop foot issue. I'll walk around like Frankenstein due to MS. This machine really helps with that as well. I love it.
