Studied many different products before ordering these - made a good choice. Solid and hefty, these can be used by a large man's hands and easily support the weight of a large roast when removing from grill. My son shredded a 9 lb pork roast easily - after using forks in the past, he was delighted by the sharpness and rigidity of these. Cleaning is also easy as there are no hollow areas to collect food. Handles are molded, not wood so soaking or dishwasher will not damage.

WOW these claws are great..Sharp and pointy...Haven’t tried them but I am sure just by the design that they are a good product..I initially was going to buy plastic ones but a review discouraged me by mentioning that they are not so good..I would suggest to use these on a cutting board or in a pot for schreading..The claws are sharp and could seriously do damage..The handles are plastic riveted on..

It's hard to write a review about something as simple as these claws, but the quality is great, and they shred meat very well... much better than the large forks I had been using. I wish I would have bought these a long time ago.
