I've had this product for 6 months and it just stopped working. The light is still on but it will not spin, or turn off. I have tried to unplug it. That does not do anything.

Update- pt2 was contacted by their customer service. Initially they tried to make things right by offering full refund but then rescinded their offer and stated to just start the return process. So they lost a star for poor customer service.Update- pt1So after using this for the 2nd time i noticed a few problems. Now it has problems "balancing" itself, so unless it balances itself it will remain at a speed that isnt enough to do any amout of effective drying/water reduction. It just spins around inside and you can hear it clunking hitting the sides rather than staying centered. I ended up taking everything out and ran it empty then ran it again but this time puting only 1 piece of clothing in. It worked maybe 60-70% of the time. The more clothes u put in the harder it is for it to find its balance. This is very inefficient. Also sometimes water stays inside so you have to tilt the dry/spinner to the side or upside down at the end to get all of the water out. The tube where the water drains couldve been longer as well. Also, The part where u can wrap the cord around is worthless. Lastly, one of the suction cups at the bottom is not functional so im starting to think that maybe i got a bad one. So because of all these issues i wouldnt recommend it and will likely return it.Old review-Found this dryer to be better than expected. Uses up about 100 watts with peak around 150 watts. Runs for a few minutes. I put my clothes straight in there after washing them in a mobile clothes washer and it only took 1 cycle to get the majority of the water out. It was still slightly wet so i tried it two more times and the result didnt change much. So all you need is 1 cycle maybe 2 if clothes are heavily drenched/wet. Only thing i dont like about it is that there are no handles but its light so its not too much of an issue. Also wish the cord was a bit longer and the parts feel like a cheap china knockoff part but still functional. I also wish it could hold a bit more clothes. After you start it you only have to hold it for a few seconds so it can balance itself and it isnt loud so overall im satisfied.
