Useful. I downloaded all my photos but pay attention to the available space. Mine doesnt have enough memory for the price I paid. I ordered too fast without closing checking.Its not enough memory for what I wanted to back up.

I wasn't expecting great, but I was at least expecting "functional."It "functioned" for a few months. I used it maybe half a dozen times. Just plugged it in to my computer to copy files over for use on my iOS device, and it wasn't seen. Mac, Windows, doesn't even show up as being a USB device, much less in Disk Management/Disk Utility.Thought maybe it was the USB-C port, (yes, I tried both directions) so plugged into iPhone. Nothing popped up. iPad, nope. Different iPad, nope.It's dead as a doornail.it wasn't fast when new, but it was "good enough" for its intended use. It's small and metal, so I figured it would be easy to carry with me and safe from knocks. I never even carried it with me. It sat on my desk the whole time.
