Your cart is empty.MFM Peel & Seal is the original, patented self-stick roll roofing. Peel & Seal roll roofing is 33ft. 6in. long and is ideal for roofs and surfaces that are difficult to waterproof and can be used on many surfaces including: metal roofs, mobile homes, RVs or trailers, and sunroofs. MFM Peel & Seal can also be used as flashing around ducts, vents, chimneys, air conditioning units, or even on gutters. MFM Peel & Seal is made of aluminum composite foil, polymer films, and a rubberized asphalt adhesive back, making it flexible and self-adhering. Peel & Seal roll roofing will not tear, crack or dry out over time. It is designed specifically to reflect heat and resist water and exposure to other elements without any additional coverage needed. Peel and Seal can be installed on an EPDM roof, but you must prime it with either WeatherBond Multi Purpose Primer or Mule Hide Tape Primer. This self-adhering rolled roofing is very simple to install. Simply make sure your surface is clean, smooth, dry and free of any loose debris. Be sure to prime your surface with an asphalt primer before applying Peel & Seal, especially on surfaces made of plywood, OSB, composition board, and masonry. After the roof is prepped, you will simply peel off the release paper on the back of your peel and seal, and roll it out onto your surface, using a hand roller to smooth out any creases. Finally, use a sharp knife to cut off the desired length. 36in. Wide Rolls have 3in. lines on each side. No special tools needed. High wind tolerance. Made in the U.S.A. Also Tested to Meet ASTM D 1970 Requirements.

When we ordered these, we weren't exactly sure what to expect but it turned out to be the perfect product for our project. They have a really nice texture and and are very sticky so we are totally satisfied. We also used them inside of our rv in a couple of places as a patch and it turned out pretty sharp. Great customer service from the seller!!

I had put a new flat roof on my front porch but after the siding was back on there was a small gap between the siding and the roofing where the stick-on flashing was exposed, and that stuff isn't made for sun exposure, plus it was ugly. I bought this to go behind the siding and to overlap the roofing by a couple of inches.The stuff is pretty thick, with a very sticky layer of tar on the back and a textured, very white layer of thin aluminum on the front. It is easy to cut. I used a lot of short pieces (2' or so) because it is so sticky and is hard to handle in long lengths. It seals to itself very well so the extra seams were fine. I could slide the pieces up under the siding and align them at the bottom, then rub them to stick them down.I'm not sure if the pieces will make a waterproof seam where they stick to the granular roll roofing, but the existing flashing will prevent any leaks, plus the water would have to go uphill. I suspect that it will seal though.The stuff did the job, it looks great, and it didn't take very long to install.
