Short side inner shaft was manufacturered incorrectly with the seal surface in wrong spot. It is about 2-2.5" too far towards splines. It should neck down and space over 2-2.5", than step back up to a machined seal surface of about 2-2.5" wide. If you receive shafts that have both inners with seal surfaces that measure the same distance away from the splines, than dont waste your time trying to install, they wont fit. The short side inner should have different measurements than the long side inner for the seal surface. There appearantly was a bad batch sent out. What a headache ...
