I've tried all kinds of dish washing accoutrements - sponges, steel wool, rags, you name it. When I received these non-scratch, plant-based dish scrubbers, I realized that THESE were exactly what I needed. These are made extremely well - they feel like a very firm woven textile, but they're NOT cloth. This means they hold dish liquid as well as any sponge, but do not get or stay wet in a conventional way, if that makes sense. I know, it probably doesn't but I don't know how else to describe it. It's made of woven PLA (poly lactic acid), so it's not subject to the same deteriorating forces that make us have to replace dishrags and sponges periodically. This scrubber is effective, yet gentle on non-stick cookware and it is DURABLE. I left this in soapy water deliberately for about a week, just to see what would happen. Let me tell you - absolutely NOTHING happened! There was no decay, smell, or deterioration - and it retained it's scrubbing power! Not just for dishes - I am actually using these scrubbers all over my home for routine cleaning!

These small non-scratch pads are very good to clean all of your non-stick pots & pans quickly and effectively.I also find the peach and lime green colors pleasing. It’s important to note that these gentle yet effective scrubbers do not absorb, so they don’t work like a sponge or dishcloth for wiping away wet counter tops, etc. And the description does not claim they do so.But they still have multiple great uses, such as quickly removing dried food debris or spillage on everything from refrigerator doors and stovetops to cabinet doors. They are absolutely ideal for washing apples and other fruit. They’re strong enough to clean, but gentle enough not to cause damage.A package of 4 is a good deal because they are strong and can be reused for quite a while depending on your personal uses. They don’t retain odor, and it is very easy to rinse away food debris from them with a bit of dish soap. They dry very quickly. The size of the pads is perfectly suited for all types of cleaning, even getting into small crevices.100% recommend!

I had my doubts with I first touched these scrubber cloths because they don't feel rough. I'm happy to report that they work very well cleaning my pots and pans. No extra effort needed to remove food. Easy to rinse and dry. They hold their shape well too. These are scrubbers not towels so they aren't very absorbent.

These scrubbing cloths are perfect for so many different uses. I've already used them in the kitchen for routine clean-up, the bathtub for a good scrubbing, a pair of tennis shoes after getting muddy, and even my patio furniture. They're truly versatile and sturdy little scrubbies. Crazy they're made from plants & not plastic! Love that they came in a set of 4; this way I have them on hand wherever I need a quick clean up. I even put one out in my camper. Most recent test was using one for oil spilled on the garage floor. Yup. I had some spilled grease from my cooking projects that I do in the garage. (I do a LOT of jarring and the garage is ideal for my large pots and slow cooker and jarring set-up.) The scrubby (and Dawn) worked like a charm making clean-up quick and easy. An easy 5 stars!

This is a four pack of kitchen scrubbIng pads that are environmentally kind and they do what they claim. They scrub. They come out of the package with little to no odor, they have a sturdy, rough texture, they are single ply mesh and have a serged edge. They measure about 7 1/2" square. They're a little stiff, with nubs on the surface that help scrub. They do one job: they scrub without scratching or damage. And they do that really well. When in use, they are a little slippery, and, although these contain zero plastic, they have a plastic-like feel that I rather disliked. They are thin enough to get into crevices or small glasses but they don't easily scrunch up. However, they do fold well and I found that I liked them best when folded in half or even in fourths. I took one to task cleaning a greasy fry pan with burned on food and it did an amazing job without damage to the nonstick surface. The mesh texture allows them to rinse out easily and well. That said, these are totally nonabsorbent, so they are not a substitute for a dishrag. They will clean but not absorb, so after cleaning your range, you will need to follow it with a dishrag, dishcloth, paper towel or the like to mop up the debris and water left behind. Also, these are a little difficult to wring out because the moisture sits on the surface. My Mom used to make round crocheted nylon scrubbies; these rather remind me of those except they're larger and flat.Of importance, these are made from filaments derived through the fermentation of corn or sugarcane and they do not contain any microplastics. Once discarded, they break down through the action of microorganisms into dirt. These will work great for greasy pans, that glass dish that has some leftover burned-on food, for scrubbing vegetables, and a numerous other applications. In my opinion they are reasonably priced at $10.00 for a set of four. There is a bit of a learning curve with these, but I like them a lot.Care Instructions: There is no information on washing these either in the dishwasher or washing machine. The only note is they are not to be boiled. Thanks for reading :)
