I have purchased several of these units. They are well made and easy to install. They are great for smaller network installs where space is at a premium. The only think I don't like is the tiny screws on the top and bottom that hold the cover on. They are difficult to line up when replacing the cover.

The product itself was great. The only trouble I ran into was replacing the cover after screwing in all the rack-mount equipment. It was a simple fix of unscrewing the the equipment slightly, screwing on the cover, and then tighening the equipment. I don't consider this a flaw at all. I gave the item 4 stars out of five SOLELY based on the rack-mount screws provided. This is a 4U rack capable of supporting four 1U devices. Each 1U device usually requires four screws each to secure to the mounts. The manufacturer provided only 8 screws. I had to locate/buy additional screws to support the remaining equipment in the rack. While this isn't a deal breaker I don't think it would cost the company that much more money to include the additional 8 screws required to take advantage of all four 1U slots.
