This machine was great for a few months. Easy to use. Instructions were fairly clear. Pulled decent shots for several months.The last two months I have been unable to get a good pull from the machine. It’s just murky, sour water. The espresso pucks are coming out incredibly soggy which would lead me to believe that the grind is too fine… tried adjusting to a more course grind… didn’t work… tried going back the other way to a more fine grind… didn’t work… tried resetting a few parameters on the touch screen… didn’t work… tried different beans… didn’t work.The other issue that’s been happening is when the machine is trying to expel the espresso puck it is working way too hard to do so and it causes the puck to completely fall apart in the removable portion of the machine. I have to constantly remove this and clean it to keep it from molding and getting jammed.The work going into cleaning it and trying to get a good pull every time isn’t worth the coffee at this point. I’ll just switch back to a manual machine and feel better about when something goes wrong with a pull - I know that I am probably the issue.

This machine makes great coffee but is unreliable and the company’s customer service is pitiful. My machine failed after about 6 months and the company would not honor their warranty. Luckily I had purchased a 3 year protection plan and was able to get a refund. I recommend you get a different machine, but if you want this one make sure you buy the protection plan.

ミルクを使わない、スペースと予算が限られている、という私に最適でした。価格が3倍以上のセミオートマシンを併用していますが、それより質感が高く、ノズルを上下動させるときのしっとりした動きや、扉を開けて取り出す機械部分の出来など、スチーマ機能なしで6万円という当初価格も納得です。豆の量5段階、抽出量3段階、湯温2段階を選択でき、排水がいっぱいなど10種類近いセンサーでそれぞれのアラームも正確に表示され、鳴りました。どの全自動機にも言えますが、20mlなど少量の抽出では豆の使用量が少なく、薄いエスプレッソになりがちなので、豆の量を最大にし、抽出量40mlにセットしています。作動音は筐体などの防音設計でこもるような音になり、直接的な金属音はありません。許せないのは説明書の日本語、せめて英語販も同梱とか、ダウンロードできればよいのですが、サポート ページは無いようです。製品紹介動画で使用手順を学び、アラームには見当を付けて試行錯誤で対処しました。保障や修理、交換部品は当てにしていません（現在、メーカーの製品リストにありません）。それらを考えても、今の価格（アメリカでの販売価格より安い）と高い質感から買ってよかったと思っています。追加サポートにメールで英語版説明書を依頼したところ、すぐに返信があり、説明書が添付されていました。おかげで水垢取りなどの手順がわかりました。

This machine is not ideal for using multiple times everyday. It's not user friendly as well. The sensor is very sensitive and once the sensor doesnt detect the thing that it needed, you cannot use the machine. This often happens. The last thing that made us want to return this is the water leak from the bottom of the machine. I tried to email their customer support multiple times. We wanted to return this since its not working for us but they are very hard to reach and they only communicate via email. No phone numbers to call.

購入する前に海外からのレビューで「そもそも電源が入らない」という苦情を読んではいたのだが、「こんな時代にさすがにそれは無いかな？」「よほどアタリが悪かったんだろうな・・・」と思って購入した。まず電源ケーブルがクリアーの水タンクにねじ込んであったので「キズでもついたらどーすんの？」って思いながら取り出して、後ろの差し込み口に入れたところグラグラで、嫌ーな予感を感じながら電源スイッチを押したところ、案の定通電しなかった。本当ヒドイ。いつもレビューに対しては疑って読んでいたのだが、これからは参考にしようかな？と思った。

Had complimentary coffee from a similar coffee machine during a stay in a hotel out of the country. Love it since. Found this inexpensive machine on Amazon and ordered it. Have worked out quite well so far. I can brew whenever and as many cups/glasses as I have the desire to drink coffee -no more rough estimation, tossing of unused coffee or stale coffee after allowing it to sit in the pot for too long. Best of all, grinding and brewing are in one continuous process, and the foam is retained on top of the coffee to give it a cappuccino-like flavor. Have since given away my coffee grinder and coffee pot.One catch though: May need to experiment different combinations of bean quantity, water volume and temperatures to suite personal taste. I have finally landed with 3 coffee beans (one to five), 140 ml of water for each glass (per icon on the machine, equivalent to about half of my physical glass) and 90 degrees F. (I may explore other combinations when I have the time. For now, it is good enough for me.) Additionally, for ease of cleaning, I put a long cone-shaped coffee filter in the coffee ground bin to capture the coffee grounds, which are difficult to clean out when clumped together, and clean them out daily. Otherwise, the machine is easy to clean.

This beast was ruggedly built. Nice, sleek black body that doesn’t call too much attention while sitting on the counter.It was easy enough to use.Out of the four total super automatic espresso machines I’ve used, this one was exceptionally clean to use. It didn’t leak like others.Thanks to its hefty size, it was also somewhat quieter than every other machine I’ve used.For the price, I wished it had worked out. It otherwise would have been an excellent deal.My main issue was that after two weeks or so, the machine would only produce lukewarm espresso. Not really espresso. Just murky water.I’m thing this is more a quality control issue. In every other respect, I was absolutely impressed

I love this Machine!! I’ve had it close to a year & it works very well! Saved me so much money!! So much! I only make espressos & I have a separate milk frother that works so well with this. I start my frother/steamer first then I start the machine to grind two espressos. Everything gets ready about the same time because I’ve got it all down pat. I’m on my second milk frother/steamer but they aren’t expensive & I liked it when it worked so I got another one just like it. I recommend this machine!! I love it & very easy to use & im a senior.
