I have had the opportunity to use the MIMOFPET Wireless Dog Fence with my dog, and it has been a practical solution for setting boundaries and reinforcing training. The system combines a wireless fence with a training collar, offering adjustable coverage from 25 to 3,500 feet. Setting up the boundary was straightforward if you follow the directions, and the collar reliably alerts my dog with a beep and vibration whenever he approaches the limit. The training remote is a helpful addition, providing three modes: beep, vibration, and static, with adjustable intensity. This has been especially useful in reinforcing commands and addressing specific behaviors during outdoor activities. The collar is lightweight and waterproof, which is perfect for my active dog who loves exploring and occasionally splashing around.Though I haven’t used it extensively yet, the initial experience has been great. The battery life is impressive, requiring minimal recharging, and the system’s responsiveness makes me feel confident in my dog’s safety while allowing him freedom to roam. For anyone with a single dog (or two), this is an efficient and versatile option for training and boundary management.

We've been using a training collar similar to this but a different brand on our hunting dogs for years, we've had several different brands/styles and I thought we had found the perfect set...until I couldn't find the charger. I decided I wanted to try a set that uses USB-C charging cords and I am sooo glad I did. These are a HUGE upgrade from any training collar set I've tried owned.I have 2 dogs and needed 2 collars but I could not find a way to buy just the collar so I actually ordered two of these sets by the same brand, different listings, and I do not see a difference. The product code on the box and back of the devices is identical. I accidentally unpaired the remote and the collar straight out of the box by pressing buttons without reading the instructions. Thankfully it was easy to pair the collar to the remote and I was able to add the other collar to the same remote. (Note I can only pair to one remote at a time. Some systems allow multiple remotes but that was not the case here). I have not had an opportunity to confirm the range on these remotes. I will update ASAP.The battery life is AMAZING. I charged them when they arrived 6 weeks ago and have not had to recharge either unit yet. The remote puts itself to sleep if it not used after a few minutes to conserve battery power, it wakes up when any button is pressed and is immediately ready for action.I love that the remote can correct either dog or both dogs at once. I've never had a training collar that allowed me to correct both at once. Cycling between dog 1, dog 2, and both dogs is easy and the screen display is very clear. We don't use the static correction on our dogs, they are beep trained, so I cannot comment on the static corrections. It has multiple settings and probably works great, everything else about these collars is great. I was also impressed to discover it has multiple beep tones. Each of the directional buttons around the beep button causes the collar to make a different tone. Perfect for warning a dog before they get into trouble.Hopefully my dogs do not damage the cloth portion of the collar as it is permentantly attached to the correction unit and does not appear to be replaceable. Both sets came with covers for the prongs, extra prongs and a testing cap.

I recently received my new "Dog Shock Collar with Remote - Electric Dog Training Collar 4000ft, Rechargeable E-Collar Waterproof Collars with 3 Training Modes and Security Lock for Small Medium Large Dogs"The unit is pretty much as expected. We have large dogs, so the size of the receiver is not an issue, but if you have a small breed, this would be a concern. The unit performs as expected and range is sufficient for our needs. I don't plan on seeing if it actually works over half a mile away. The receiver has good sound and vibration. We opt to not use the shock portion unless absolutely necessary but it did perform on the tester. The remote has a flashlight that comes in handy at night and is programmable to adjust the receivers strength settings.

Pros:* It can correct with sound, vibration, or shock* The quality of the remote and collar both feel pretty good* The remote's screen displays the battery level of the remote and the collar, so you'll have plenty of notice if one needs to be charged.* They both charge with a common USB-C cable, which most people have around the house already anyway.* The shock has a good range of strengths. At setting "1", it feels like a static shock you get when touching a doorknob in a dry room. Increasing the setting yields an intuitive and controlled increase in strength.Cons:* The different vibration strength settings don't really seem to do much. The higher numbers make it shake faster, but not harder. Maybe it would be noticeable to a dog's neck, but to my hand, it seems indifferent, so I just leave that at level 1.* I'm unsure about the wireless range. I doubt it would work at 4000 feet in real conditions.Tips:* I suggest you start with just vibration instead of shocking. If you do need to mix in some shocks, I suggest starting that at level 1 and increase 1 or 2 numbers at a time as needed.* If you aren't sure whether the remote is working or not, press the top button to command the collar to make a beep. The beep is intended as part of its training capability, but I find it's also useful to confirm that the remote is working since you may wonder sometimes if the vibrate or shock actually occurred or not, but the beep is obvious.

The shock is instant as soon as my dog barks. Only used this shock collar 3 times, I actually hate putting it on my dog. But after the third time my dog now gets scared when I reach for him to install it. Simply by showing him the collar he stops barking. This collar definitely works great. I recommend you test the shock level on your yourself before installing on your dog, that way you'll understand the setting power easily. The minimum setting can hardly be felt on my skin, but my dog does react to it. The maximum setting is quite strong, but not painful, more surprising than anything else.

This collar has way more features than the collar that we had been using for years.1- rechargeable!2- sound, shock, and vibration settings3- waterproof4- digital5- extra tips6- Settings and the digital display are easy to understand7- Integrated flashlight8- selectable stimulus levelsWe have a 2-year-old Border Collie and he is responding extremely well with the beep and vibration settings alongside positive training methods. There was a lot of attention to detail in making the collar. The rubberized remote feels good in your hand and has a very comfortable wristlet strap. They've included a shock testing tool that seconds as a screwdriver to add or remove the prongs. Replacement prongs and rubber tips are included. The 1X version has all the features that I need for my training purposes. It's working very well so far. Great value. I can definitely recommend it..

I ordered this for my cheagle who loves to hear her voice when she goes out. We are constantly telling her no barking but that’s on deaf ears.I picked this collar because it had options from Beeps (5 sounds), Vibrate(1-9 levels) and SAFE Shock (1-30 levels), the shock feature similar to a tens unit. The conductive silicone tips has less friction to irritate the dogs neck. It comes with extra tips and a light to test. The collar is easy to charge and comes with a remote that will work up to 4000 ft. (Handy if you have more dogs using the same collar, you are able to support training up to 4 dogs using the same remote). It is water resistant, and has a standby time up to 185 days. Included is an easy instructional booklet.Pros: Having the option for the sound and vibration instead of the shock.Cons: It says it is good for small, medium and large dogs but even adjusting the collar to its smallest fitting it really doesn’t fit well my small 14lb dog. I find the shock is a little intense for her, even on the lowest setting and the duration is fixed and can’t be adjusted. It probably would be best on a medium to large size dog but I wouldn’t recommend it on a small one.

The good:- water resistant- easy charging- handy flashlight- has beeps, vibration, and shock (like a powerful tens unit)- both collar and remote are compact and not bulky- conductive silicone tips for less friction/irritation on dog's skin- can switch between up to 4 compatible collar units- comes with extra tips and a testing light (if you don't want to check it on yourself)- good user manualWhat could be improved (in my opinion):- The shock level is very high, and duration is fixed. I would want lower levels to be more of a tap than a "correction". Level 1 or 2 is already a pretty attention getting shock, as it is not just a pulse but a full second of current. Use of the highest levels would probably traumatize a dog. You wouldn't hit your dog with a stick would you? Yes I tested it on my own skin (which granted does not have fur), but even so the range of current seemed like it would be high.- The beep volume is loud (not adjustable), and beep duration is again fixed. Dogs have sensitive hearing.- The beep button is the center of the shock/vibration adjusters, so you need to be careful not to accidentally adjust those when you intend to beep.- Vibration duration is fixed one second pulses.- Adjusting the collar length prevents it from fitting back in the storage box.The designers of this collar would appear to see it as a negative correction device rather than as a means to just get your dog's attention or provide feedback. I would want the option of very short duration pulses, as I would expect many users like myself would want such a collar to act as a very-long virtual leash to allow the dog more freedom off leash, but still allow some direct feedback from the owner. The use of shocks as behaviour modification seems pretty risky unless it is very clear to the animal what they must avoid (such as a wireless electric fence with clear boundary markings). I wouldn't use this on a sensitive or aggressive animal. If you're aware of all this and think you have a good use case, this unit does seem to have a high quality construction. Otherwise you might want to seek out a more flexible unit.
