the short grip makes it easy to maneuver - we have a small cat who was only really okay with being combed when she had a squeezy treat so we had to work effectively. this worked way better than the long-handled version.

Easily removes fleas and as instructed dip fleas in bowl of soapy water to kill them fast. Have the bowl of soapy water close by as fleas will attempt to ecaspe from the comb.

The comb does what it's intended to do. I like that the bristles are angled and it's easy to hold on to. I don't like the weird stains, but that doesn't affect how the comb works.

I use it for ticks - they walk around in the fur a lot before embedding. Comb them out and flush them away.
