I purchased two rings and I've had both less than two weeks and the band is already starting to turn colors. I've purchased several other rings from Amazon not this seller and they have not turned and it's been a few years. Reached out to seller have not been contacted yet.

Beautiful to look at but very poor quality. My mom was so excited to receive this as a gift. Unfortunately with great disappointment it has tarnished. Followed wearing and care instructions didn’t help. 4 months isn’t what I expected. Very disappointed and fustrated.

I usually buy ring and it fits well but i was so sad because this ring is smaller than what i expected i was about to give this for my daughter on Christmas but its not fit... 🥹So just incase you will buy make it a little bigger than your regular size.It beautiful and a gift value but how i wish its a little bigger. No refund so be careful please.

I ordered this ring for myself because I wanted a beautiful piece to represent my kids. When it arrived, there were a few issues with it. I wrote them and told them what was wrong with photos. Within a few hours they responded!!I was genuinely surprised! They told me they not only would fix it and send me a replacement but to just keep the original.A few weeks later, it arrived. And was absolutely perfect! I’ve been wearing it every day and get lots of compliments on it! It’s beautiful. And the fact that they cared for this mama’s heart really made all the difference! ❤️❤️

This ring is non refundable! The problem is that all the stones are wrong except one and it doesnt match the name!! I'm so disappointed as this was my daughters christmas gift!!

I absolutely love this ring! It definitely is worth buying. I don't find the writing to small. I mean seriously it is a ring there's only so much space to wright on on.... My only issue is I believe they may have used January's birth stone instead of July's for one of the stones.... it doesn't bother me as I plan on slowly having them replaced with real stones if possible at my local jewelry store. I where it everyday and get lots of compliments on it!!
