Steps for iPhone 12 Pro/12 Pro Max - 13 Pro/13 Pro Max SIM Card Slot Tray Holder Replacement
Step1: Eject the SIM card tray
- Insert a SIM card eject tool or a paperclip into the small hole in the SIM card tray, located near the side button on the edge of the iPhone.
- Press firmly to eject the tray.
Step2: Remove the SIM card tray
- Remove the SIM card tray from the iPhone.
- The SIM card will fall out of the tray easily.
Step3: Reinserting the SIM card
- When reinserting the SIM card, make sure it's in the proper orientation relative to the tray.
- A thin rubber gasket around the SIM tray provides water and dust protection. If this gasket is damaged or missing, replace the gasket or the entire SIM tray to protect your iPhone's internal components.
Please check your iPhone Model Number before purchasing!
The iPhone model number can be found in the settings of the iPhone:
- Open the Settings app, and go to General > About.
- Here, look for the Model Number.

I bought the MMOBIEL SIM Card Tray for my iPhone 12 Pro, and it was exactly what I needed. The tray fits perfectly and was easy to install. Arrived incredibly quickly, within less than 24 hours. Fits iPhone 13 Pro.Bought this as I often travel and need to change SIM cards often so I like to keep in my purse for convenience inside the small plastic bag provided with it. Always good to have a spare SIM card tray as I’ve been known to lose a few.

I learned after taking my phone to the Verizon store that if the holder doesn’t fit flush with the phone that the reader won’t work. I’m returning this one for a different one.

It wouldn't fit. I insured the SIM card. It would not go all the way in. Spent 3 hours on the phone with carrier thinking it was their fault. Ended up being the tray. If I press and hold the SIM card tray, it gets signal. Soon as I let go out loses signal. Ordering a tray from apple tomorrow
