I like the color, easy to put on, WAY overpriced. I purchased a different brand from Walmart in Hot Pink, same size and it fits perfect. This brand runs on the larger size. I got small but you can see and feel the difference in the fit.

The MODVEL ELITE Knee Brace is an excellent product for anyone dealing with knee pain, especially related to meniscus tears or arthritis. The side stabilizers and patella gel pads provide great support, which made a noticeable difference in my comfort level while running and working out. This is a great knee brace! The support on the sides are great. It’s soft and not itchy. My only complaint is the velcro. It does NOT stay wrapped at all! The bottom of the brace does but the top doesn’t. You can’t even sit down without the top strap coming off. I did size my knee and it’s the correct size. It just needs better velcro. It’s like flat and can’t grip the fabric well enough.

Issues with knee: Old injury, osteoarthritis. I've not had a lot of experience here with a brace. My first knee brace cost $90 plus whatever my insurance paid. It was awkward, bulky and WOULD NOT STAY IN PLACE. Mostly it slipped to where it put pressure on exactly the wrong place and I gave up. I ordered this on a whim. I had a lot of problem with slippage at first, but I kept snugging it up and now it has taken a set and feels custom made, with only an adjustment or two during the day. I no longer wear sleek pants and it fits well enough under my comfy slacks I can forget I am wearing it. I will be showing it off to my doctor next time I'm due for my next series of HA shots. I just ordered a second one so I can have one to wear when the other is in the wash.

Worked okay in the beginning and got lots of compliments. The velcro stopped working after about a month which was pretty annoying. Okay for very brief use I guess.

This review is a 4 1/2. The only thing keeping this from a 5 is that I needed a larger size. My refund was lightning fast.I was very sorry to return it. It wasn’t itchy or hard. It was firm and well padded. It seemed sturdy and well designed. And it comes in colors!
