Has enough steel plates for simple replacement of 8.8 Ford LSD clutch pack. Also has enough friction plates to do the "alternative stack"Lacks any shims to adjust pack thickness. I was lucky and able to use the old shims and my alternative stack order gave me pack thicknesses of .655 left and .658 right.I used this on a 28 spline axle but I believe it works for both 28 or 31 spline set ups.
