I was pleased to receive these shocks as I plan to build a buggy next winter and the black on red look has always attracted me.These shocks came packaged in protective bubble wrap but unfortunately they came chipped in a couple spots, I added a picture for example so that’s where they lose a star for me.The shocks are adjustable for ride height slightly are easy to adjust as well if you know what you are doing, lots of videos online if you need. For the price, I’d recommend these. Check others reviews as I may just be unlucky with the chipping, perhaps others haven’t ran across this. They’re stiff enough to support adults in a buggy just fine and will look great doing so.

I am pretty happy with them! I ordered them to use as a center piece to fabricate a pair of stylish stools for my garage, so I'm not using them for their intended purpose, but for my purpose, they are perfect! They are very stiff, which is a very good thing in my case, since I don't want the stools to drop 6" once someone sit on them! The fit and finish is very good, the red paint on the coilspring is going to make my little project pretty eye catching I think!Like I said, for my purpose, they are perfect, but they are advertised as motorcycle shock absorbers. Because of their size, they are clearly made for a small motorcycle/ATV but I think they are too stiff for this purpose! A steel rod with a hole at each end would pretty much feel the same! so if you want to use them as intended, you could probably find something a bit softer for some comfort!

They're definitely not made for a small atv. Or dirt bik they are so stiff that a 200 pound man could barely even compressive Them an inch.

I have a Chinese “knock-off” (Honda) Z50 mini trail Monkey-bike. I tried all the other coil-over setups, including the expensive ones with reservoirs, and none of them fit proper, or you had to alter something to make them fit.If you're looking to add a little color to your Z50, want to stay in OEM size range (no alterations needed), and still have adjustability without breaking the bank; These are the way to go, hands down.
