The clamping mechanism is cheaply made and doesn't hold the pencil firmly allowing it to wobble no matter how tight you get it! Garbage don't buy this!

I was really excited to get this. But my excitement quickly fade when the parts meant to lock out the tool so it doesn't move during scribing failed straight out of the box. The parts aren't drilled accurately. So when you try to screw down the to to active, it moves. The other thing is that the pencil sharpener doesn't allow for the pencil to go in all the way. It's all in the pictures I attached. So both parts of this is not usable. I ended up cutting the part of the plastic that was inhibiting the sharpener to work but I'm not sure how I'll fix the scribe.

Seems like it is of high quality construction, but I noticed threaded inserts and pulled the product back up and realized I am missing the adjustment knobs and what I assume is the scribe point. So pretty irritated I can even use it
