This brand is outstanding. The pallet and foam packaging are the best protection I have ever seen on a shipped product. Besides the foam panels on all sides, there is hard masonite over the foam to prevent forklifts from stabbing through the cardboard cover and damaging the stainless steel cabinet. The unit is perfect in every way. Casters roll easily and have locks to prevent rolling on 2 of them. The shipper called me as soon as it arrived in town and asked about a good time for the delivery. I needed a lift gate delivery and they provided it for free. The truck was 40' long and he could not back into my driveway so he parked in the street and used his hand pallet jack to drag it off the lift gate into the street. I have 15' of gravel drive which the pallet jack would not roll through but I put 2 pieces of 1/2" plywood down and the truck driver pulled it on the plywood past the gravel and onto the concrete garage drive. It took an extra 15 min to do this and the driver was happy to help me. It took some ingenuity to get it off the pallet and onto its casters. Large L brackets screwed to the freezer metal bottom frame were screwed to the pallet wood with 8 screws in each. A cordless screw gun zipped all the screws out in less than a minute. The pre attached casters are not supporting the freezer because the pallet plywood rises up so the cabinet bottom frame sets directly on the full-size smooth top. Casters sit in plywood pockets in the top which keeps the cabinet from sliding in any direction. I used a big hammer to knock out the 3/8" plywood pockets on one end so the weight of the cabinet dropped that end of casters onto the lower part of the pallet. I then used my 1/2" plywood to make a ramp between the pallet to the concrete. By lifting up 6" on the other end of the cabinet those casters cleared their pockets and allowed me to roll the cabinet toward the ramp end. My wife helped me control it as rolled onto the driveway. I then rolled it to the garage opening but it would not go under the door. There is a mechanical safety release for my electric door opener which I had to pull to release the door to open another inch. My wife used a piece of scrap wood to push the door up while I pushed the freezer into the garage. This cabinet is 83-1/4" tall & will go through a standard 7' garage door but will not go through a standard 80" house door so if I wanted to take it into the house I would have to lay it on its side. I rolled it into a spot in my garage and plugged it in. Pulled down from 90 F to -8 in 30 min. It was pre-set for -8 F which keeps ice cream very hard. I easily changed it to 0 F using the digital controller on the front. This freezer has been working perfectly. The inside light makes everything visible. The $1999. price is $1500 less than comparable units of different brands.

Upon the arrival, I plug in the power and the freezer overheats. It just heats up and does not cool.I called in and asked for local technicians several times, but the company only responded with "will look for their availability" and never got back to me. Do not buy this product. Terrible A/S, defective product.
