Perfect for stadium and or some work requirements. However, stitching is not strong and the corners came apart after a few uses.

Its falling apart. I brought it to a game and I use it once and a while for work. And its already coming apart at the seems

This is a cheap plastic tote with a USC sticker slapped on the front....definitely not worth the price!
