Super dark ND filter.I already have a square filter frame capable of accepting 100x100mm for my Rokinon 14mm lens; it was a 3D printable Model that helped me to couple the lens and the crystal filter.The Optics are good with no color shift. I don't have any finished photos taken with this filter yet. Is the fact that having the Filter holder printed makes obtain this filter glass.

So, first off.. no, I don't have any finished photos taken with this filter, yet. (took a few yesterday, but haven't processed them yet.. If I remember, I'll post it, here)However, the initial glance at the photos has me quite shocked.. the quality seems on par with several of the higher dollar ND filters that I've used in the past.One surprising design decision, though, is the fact that while this ND filter works with a number of other easy swap filter systems, it actually doesn't work with Neweer's own system, as the glass is too large for it... and what makes that frustrating, is that THIS ND filter, seems to be of a better quality than the ones included in their filter system kit.*Shrug*Still, it's a nice filter, and for a decent price. I currently recommend it.

Great for day for night photography outdoors. It requires a ton of light to use and see indoors depending on your camera.

Neewer, the kind of budget photo/video gear. However over the last year or so they have been really stepping up their quality and this ND filter is a good example of it. It feels like higher quality glass than they have used before. Seems to be fairly good at not gathering dust or prints. The case that the filter comes in is exceptional. It provides a ton of protection and I have purchase $300 filters that don't come with as good of a case as you get here. I am not seeing much color cast either.Obviously it isn't going to perform quite as well as a higher quality piece of glass but if you are ok spending just a little time in post to get rid of any minor color cast you might get, I think this ND filter is a pretty solid budget option.

Really nice, super dark ND filter from Neewer. The filter is rated at ND1000 which is ridiculously dark. Optics are good and clear with no color shift.This is includes just the filter itself, and no filter holder. So make sure you already have a square filter frame capable of accepting 100x100mm filters and you're golden.
