A MOSFET sorta acts like an electronic relay, so it is widely used in a variety of applications. I'm an electronics tech, and I fix all kinds of things, so I got these MOSFETs to have as spare parts for fixing things, or whatever project I may want to do. All the parts are exactly what they say, and the count is correct. The part numbers are hand written on the bags, and the Chinese "4" looks like a "6" with an extra long final stroke (this is actually common in China, but my English brain has to work overtime for it to not look like a "6" to me).
