I am using these to drive 3/4 hp dc motors. I used all 8 and built 2 H-Bridges so I can control speed and rotation direction of 2 motors. These work well and I’ve had no problem driving the gates or with switching speed. I am using TI 3 phase BLDC drivers configured to drive these in H-Bridge mode. They work great for PWM and performed very well. Recommended. Units were packaged safely in ESD bag!
