I have ordered this item previously, so I expected the same fitment when I reordered and was disappointed.Cable length is adequate but the security of the throttle mount to the control panel is not the same. It seems a very tiny bit longer and has a beveled notch to seat it but the gap is too long so it will not sit flush when the throttle is retarded. Cable and throttle set seem to have been improved upon with a locking detent full throttle, requiring deliberate action to reposition and smoother operation for sure.

Was told by a mechanic my Toro needed a $1,800 part then I got this and the slipping of the cable stopped and I haven’t been back to the mechanic yet.
