The 300 g New Life Spectrum 3 mm fish formula is made for tropical fish in either freshwater or reef environments. My cichlid likes them, I don't feel as they are actually "large" though. Very small for my fish and most sink before she eats them. I'm not sure about taste, next time I feed her I'll ask though.

I have two iridescent sharks that are about 18 years old. Made the switch from a different product because this has a much greater nutritive value. This is a really high quality fish food. They get more excited than they used to when I tap to let them know that it’s feeding time! They’re looking good and doing well, their whole vibe seems much better than it used to be. I wonder if I’ll have them around for another 18 years??!!
