I've yet to test the waterproofing ability, but based on the fitment I'm confident these will resolve the problem, which is water collecting near the rear seat footwell.Removing the old ones is easy with a pry bar. Putting new ones in is as simple as placing bottom of new vent into position from underneath, then using pry bar from above to gently lever the top part into position and snap into place. Took me less than 10 minutes for removal of old ones and installation of new ones.Update: Did get some rain last night it seems, not sure how much though, but no wet carpet in the rear!

As the title says, I had wet carpet under the molded floor mat for the rear seat area. I almost pulled my hair out trying to find the leak because I was spraying the door seals thinking it was coming in like that. This fixed my issue completely. Took like 10 minutes to change them. I used a long pry bar down from the top of the bed rail near the window and hit the top of the old vent and they popped out. Then I laid on the ground and pushed the new ones up from the bottom and they popped right in.
